TOPS'L Beach Manor 114

This condo had everything we wanted: super easy access to the beach (30 second walk), the pool (10 second walk) and easy entrance from the first floor. The kitchen had everything you might need. The beds were really comfortable. The living room was also really comfortable and they had every streaming service you could want! There were beach chairs, skim boards, some sand toys and umbrellas to use too. It made for a perfect vacation get away. Everything was very clean and well taken care of - we felt very safe having our own entrance and everything inside could be wiped down with Clorox wipes when we got there. I highly recommend this condo. The only negative thing I would mention was the two sliding glass doors really whistled loudly one night when it got really windy. The kind of whistle that wakes you up and you wonder where the noise was coming from! Other than that, everything was perfect!

Excellent set up in the house! Everything was in well condition. Awesome kitchen and tools! Perfect Wi-Fi connection. TVs with Netflix. I loved them most when I noticed sustainable shampoos and soaps(eco-friendly)! Great location too. We loved this place. The only thing we would wish to have is a grill option in the backyard but overall it was awesome.

While we did not get to enjoy the beach toys that other guests were able to enjoy as the bin was locked and no code was given to us, we enjoyed our stay. This condo has everything else you could think of that you would need. There are plenty of dishes and kitchenware, plenty of space for all of your belongings. It is very clean and comforting. The location is absolutely perfect. Ground floor, short walk to beach, and plenty of amenities on site. Publix is a 5 minute drive and the surroundings are beautiful. The only other thing, is that the main light switch in the master bedroom is quite complicated to manage, but there was plenty of additional lighting in the bedroom that made it just fine. Overall, we completely enjoyed our stay and we will be back to stay here again. The closeness to the beach, amenities, shopping, and relaxation are all too much to pass up.

This condo is so comfortable and wonderfully equipped. It is also perfectly located just steps away from the beach. We will definitely stay there again!!!!!

Very clean place with best access to beach. The place has everything in kitchen that you need. Great place

2 adults, a baby, and a toddler: Great location! Just a step away from the boardwalk/beach. The condo does have a blender, no detergent to wash clothes-so bring your own. Dish soap is provided. My *ONLY* complaint would be the jacuzzi outside. It definitely needs a deep clean and possible cover to keep it clean. We weren’t able to use it, bc who want to be cleaning a jacuzzi during their vacation?
