3-generation family trip for 5. While you can’t see the beach from the room like higher floors, the trade off of not having to wait on the elevator is totally worth it. Literally steps away from the boardwalk. We watched two different fireworks shows from our patio with perfect views! Plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, and cooktop and lots of utensils for fixing meals. We ate quick fix breakfasts and lunches at the condo to spend as much time on the beach as possible. We could be from the room to our beach chair in less than 5 minutes. I’m usually not a beach fan (sand, yuck!) but I’d definitely stay here again!!

Loved: Covered parking 30 second walk to the public pool and poolside bar & grill Close to the Beach Manor guest pool (very nice hot tub) About 1 minute walk to the beach! The condo was clean and pretty well appointed. Minor issues included a few outdoor lights needing to be changed and the master bedroom ceiling fan is a bit noisy. Loved the walk-in showers. The furniture was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our 10 day stay.

The best condo at Tops’l!! Stayed at many condos at Tops’l and this is the best one by far. Clean and neat. Furniture is comfortable. Beds are great! Kitchen has everything you could ever want. A lot of attention to detail! The absolute closest condo to the beach and pool. Great for the kids and couples! Will definitely book again!

Pros: Great ground floor location-no waiting on elevator, close to beach and main pool. Beach chairs and toys provided. Cons/items of note: Hard to reach outlets for charging devices. We had to move the bed out and purchase an extension cord for the master bedroom to charge devices. Master bedroom closet has broken modular shelving-we mostly had to live out of our suitcases which was rough for several days of travel. Most of the cookware was not compatible with the induction stovetop so we did not get to have our usual meals in-house to save any money. No cleaning supplies (broom, etc) were provided so we purchased some and left in the unit for the next guest. No trash bags or additional toilet paper was provided. Advice to bring with you: extension cords for outlets, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, cookware for an induction stovetop.

Love the upgrades in this condo, also loved that we didn’t have to use the elevator. This condo is perfect if you love lots of walks on the beach!

Being on the first floor next to the pool and beach was so incredibly convenient, especially with having 3 young children. We didn’t have to tote beach toys, chairs, coolers, etc very far, which made this experience the most ideal. Plus, having the restaurant by the beach/pool made it easy for quick, convenient lunches and dinners. Highly recommend.
