The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. Minimum Age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Please note that the person paying for the reservation needs to be the one checking in and the same person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
