Even Better Than the Pictures!
The view this unit offered from the seventh floor was amazing! It was gulf front and truly beautiful! We loved that you could open the windows and hear the gulf! We loved that the gulf view was from the living room and the main bedroom as well. The condo was and so comfortable with two bedrooms and two baths. We didn’t use the second bedroom, but it is so nice for people who do as it had two double beds. Both bedrooms were large and both bathrooms were large. The new flooring in the kitchen, living room, and hall bath was beautiful and updated! There was also a new toilet in the hall bath that was the taller style, which is very nice. When I say better than the pictures that is because they have added a big table on the balcony so we so enjoyed eating lunch out there, also the refrigerator and washer and dryer, and 1 toilet appeared to be brand new! The whole condo appears to be freshly painted and the walls, ceilings, and trim looked beautiful and fresh. I loved the thin, cool, white bedding as it was very white and clean! The king sized bed was very comfortable! Now, the living room furniture and main bedroom furniture is not very beachy and a little worn, but the leather sectional and recliner were super comfortable! Also, I like the idea of leather in a rental as it seems cleaner. The starter supplies they provide is so nice to get you started until you go to the store! We so enjoyed the tennis drills! I would have done fitness classes but they were often at the same time as the tennis drills. The pool for Tides was beautiful and pleasant temperature wise. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

great amenities for families. the ocean, pools (could have been warmer water in October), shuffleboard, putt putt, tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts give families something to do on the premises.

Spacious condo, huge balcony!
This unit felt so spacious and gorgeous view from the huge balcony! Plenty of room for our family of 6 to relax. So much to do at Tops'l and an amazing gym! Furniture and beds were comfortable (hubs loved the recliner!). The resort is so nice and private, feels very safe and has a perfect private beach. The pools were so nice and easily accessible, just not sure why they removed the hot tub, that would've been a nice end to each night. Elevators are super fast so it's quick and easy getting back to your room, no matter where you're at. Only complaint I would have about this specific unit was that it could definitely use some updating in the bathrooms and add some rugs throughout!! But the resort itself, we definitely plan to return, we loved it!

Avoid Unit 705
While the resort is fine, Tides 705 is tired and desperately needs a coat of paint and some updating. The pictures on the site looks great but once in the unit it’s clear the owners do the minimum. Desperately needs a coat of paint and updated bathrooms. It was close to unacceptable but my girlfriend is easygoing and we decided to stay. Cabinets out of alignment and veneer peeling off and some broken furniture complimented the look of the needed paint work. Paint peeling from the ceiling too. I won’t stay there again. Spoke to a guy on the elevator and he sounded like his unit was worse.
