Nice clean condo
This condo is in an ideal location!!! It was super clean & the overall property was clean as well. The only complaint we have is the freezer (like previous reviews) the freezer is not accessible, which is very inconvenient when you can’t even store a bag of ice. The unit also needs an oven mitt, a broom, and more drinking glasses. Besides those few things, it is absolutely the best condo we have stayed in so far! We will be back!!

Very Comfortable
This condo is furnished more comfortably and thoroughly than some others we have rented at Tides. Our party included another family with small kids in a separate condo and we all had plenty of room to gather in 409 for dinner/games/movie time. We found the kitchen somewhat under-equipped for that size group, however, and ended up running the dishwasher more than we would at home. (That’s not awful, since the condo is really only designed for 4-6 people, so feeding 8 adults and 2 kids is a lot of plates!). The biggest inconvenience is the refrigerator is too large for its alcove and you can’t fully open either the freezer or fridge door! Much more of an issue w/ the freezer. We had a couple of frozen casseroles and frozen pizza boxes that wouldn’t fit at all. Finally, and perhaps most significant, we heard rumors about management changes at Tops’l, and there may have been HOA inputs about the guest experience in general that haven’t had the best result. We found the atmosphere almost inhospitable towards the PAYING guests. Tennis scene was dead, and resort staff was relentless about enforcing new rules against tents or canopies, perhaps steering customers towards the rental beach umbrellas. (This is not unique to Tops’l; all the resorts + I think the county have new ordinances following some tragic accident with a blowing beach umbrella…but they didn’t ban umbrellas because the beach rental companies already have umbrellas. So they banned tents!) They also blocked large swaths of the beach for the rental setups and a special “owners only” section. As operators of short-term rentals ourselves, we respect the investment Tops’l owners have made, but would encourage them to remember who is really paying the bills! We heard several different groups complaining about the same vibe, and will sadly not be returning to Tops’l after many happy vacations there in the past.

Loved this cozy condo
Loved the fact that this place felt so homey. It was bright & clean. The owners definitely put a lot of detail into this home, they designed everything in a very relaxing and simply beautiful way. The beach is so beautiful. Daily activities for kids at the pool area. Even when it rained we still swam at the beach then went to the pool and just played games in the pool. We will definitely come back to this condo!

Overall, we had a great experience!
Overall, we had a great experience. Could easily have stayed an entire week. Only issue was the TV in the main living room didn’t work. We didn’t stay long enough to call about getting it fixed. Otherwise, would highly recommend!

Great but one thing.
The Condo and location was perfect. It was close to the beach and provided beach and ocean views. Was able to sit on the balcony and watch an amazing lighting storm. The rooms and beds were comfortable and it was very spacious. The only reason it was not a 5 is due to the freezer. The freezer was not useable due to the the fridge being to big and the door unable to open all the way. we had brought with frozen foods that we had to cook up due to not being able to fit it in the freezer. other than that the place was great.
