Nice property, but issues need improving
Nice property but lacking in pool umbrellas with tables. A burner on the stove didn’t work and neither did the stove vent. Nice little putt putt course but people stealing the putters so couldn’t play. Overall nice property but it needs improving.

Tennis trip
Sandestin tennis trip and USTA Helen Drake tournament is why we were in the area. We loved how easy the access to the beach was from the condo. We also used all the amenities that Top'l Tides offered.

Loved being on the first floor and being able to walk down the hall to the pool and beach. Since the unit is at the end of the hall, it is very quiet. The condo is on the beach, but this unit does not face the ocean. So if you want to sit on the balconies, you will be looking at the parking lot. The unit is beautifully decorated. There was lots of room for our entire family. We did not know there was a separate area to go get wristbands. The guards at the gate gave us our parking passes and since we had those and the door code we thought that was all that we needed to do to finish check in. We did not find out until the day before leaving that we were supposed to have wristbands to go to the indoor pool. It took us forever to find where that was located ( fyi -in the fitness center). I was trying to find somewhere that had an indoor pool since we were going in February. This is not the best option for that. The "indoor pool" is super SMALL. We had a deep sea fishing trip planned as well, so it's not like it was our only activity. (Shout out to Captain Dean and First Mate Billy with the Seahorse, who did a fabulous job with our deep sea fishing excursion). If it had been I would have been very disappointed. Overall I would definitely stay here again, but it's nice knowing these extra tidbits now.

A Lot of Room for 8 adults!!!
1st Floor Access is Great! Plenty of room. Very clean!! This was our 2nd time to stay in this unit.
