Great stay for spring break!

We really liked staying in this unit. Overall the cleanliness and maintenance of everything was great. It is very spacious and had everything we needed. The only reason we couldn’t give it 5 stars is the hot water does not last more than 5 minutes and we had minor issues with our check in code and housekeeping arrived before checkout which was a bit stressful. Still, overall Vacasa does a great job taking care of their guests!

Staying here has everything you could want and then some from beautiful white Sandy beaches to multiple pools places to eat and even games right here you don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to

Overall fine but not the beach vibe we were hoping for

Access to the beach and resort amenities are what made this stay worth it. The condo itself was one of our least favorite that we’ve visited in our years at Topsl. Although I didn’t hate the jungle vibe, the room itself felt outdated and worn. We had friends staying at a room a few floors above us and we always went to their room to spend time because it felt so much brighter and more modern. Overall 412 got the job done but we won’t be booking this room again.

Tops'l summit room 412

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was a nice size and very clean! Great view of the ocean. I'd say this is about as low a floor you can be on and still view the ocean. Fyi. There were nice amenities throughout. Living room had a smart tv which was nice because the last person left their streaming logged in! Score. But for bedroom 2 I'd bring a streaming stick as it only had cable if you'd think you need it. Kitchen had plenty of gadgets/cookware glasses etc, although id suggest bringing your favorite skillet as the two there were roasted. Also bring your favorite kitchen spray to clean up your messes! The bathrooms had plenty of towels so no need there, but a good hand soap would have been perfect (tiny dove bar included) no biggie to me.. There's an older stereo available with aux. The stackable washer/ dryer was nice to have. Nice little porch with two sets of table and chairs. The facility itself was awesome. 723 steps to the beach from our door lol. 18 hole Mini golf on site, a gym with sauna! Hot tubs. The pools were nice but pretty hot for my liking. The one by the beach was cooler though. All in all, we had zero problems and would def stay again! Oh and if you're wondering, no canopies on the beach... only umbrellas.

Overall Great place!

The only thing I would have liked was to have some extra blankets! I like low temp to sleep and very minimal extra options. The place was pretty, clean, and within walking distance of the beach! It was Great!!
