Weekend Away
Summit 406 Combo was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Grounds well tended with friendly staff. Disappointed that we could not check in early “due to peak season and back-to-back bookings” however, the first 24 hours the water had a horrible odor that filled the entire condo and made showering unpleasant. Called guest services promptly told a service request placed. Visited the office the following morning with the same complaints told this happens frequently in the Summit and likely due to the unit being empty for an extended period of time. The smell did improve after the first 24 hours but expected more for the price.

My family loves staying at the Tops'l properties! The easy access to the beach and multiple pools make it a great place to vacation for the family. The property is well kept and guest services is always prompt to respond!

Great location, great place
Our second time at the summit, this appt is well laid out. The view on a fourth floor is not the best, but it is nice. Very clean, everything worked well. We love the idea to take the elevator down and just walk a few blocks to the beach, having a close swimming pool, etc. Definitely a place to recommend, and we will be back, of course.

Best Vacation Rental
This vacation rental was absolutely beautiful. My family and I were so happy with the cleanliness of the entire condo. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, from pots and pans to towels to the washer and dryer. This rental was so close to the beach and pool and made the stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this spot for our next vacation.

Nice decor
The condo was tastefully furnished and spacious. The living room furniture and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fairly equipped, but lacked frying pans and a large knife. The unit needs to be inspected after cleaning. There were items left on the floor. Overall it is a great condo.

Awesome!
Beautifully decorated, and recently updated. Very beachy! Roomie and bright. Easy walk to beach. No crossing the street to get to the beach! Heated pool, hot tub and gas grill area just a few steps away. Restaurants on site. Gated community. Will definitely be back.
