Okay Stay

Apartment 305A Our stay here was okay overall, but it certainly wouldn’t be our first choice if we were returning to the area. The apartment served its basic purpose, but it is in desperate need of a deep clean and some serious updating. A good night's sleep is critical when traveling, and unfortunately, the bed was a major issue. The mattress was incredibly lopsided, leaving one of us completely sinking into the middle and resulting in a terrible night of rest. Cleanliness was noticeably lacking throughout the rest of the unit as well. The furniture is scratched and was covered in a layer of dust, while all the doors had visible black fingerprints and dirt stains. The bathroom was particularly disappointing due to a significant amount of mold. The kitchenette was also severely under-equipped. We only found a single spoon in the entire place. Fortunately, we happened to have a spare plastic spoon with us, so we made it work, but the setup was incredibly sparse. It is an acceptable place to crash if you are in a pinch, but given the lack of basic cleanliness and the desperately needed mattress upgrade, I would recommend exploring other options first.

I Loved the facility, nice and quiet. So many things to do. The staff with Vacasa is amazing. I would recommend if you’re looking for a nice relaxing place to stay. This would be it.

Room was fine for our needs. It was clean and relatively quiet being away from pool. Enjoyed watching deer feed from the balcony. Will probably stay a few floors up next time to have a view of ocean.
