Outstanding Unit
Easy and quick check in. Quick drive from the check in office to the Summit tower. Perfectly cleaned and spotless when I arrived. Everything was in great shape. Very friendly and knowledgable staff.

Clean, quiet, and convenient
The condo was ready before we were. It was a short walk to the white sand beach. And when we were walking barefoot in the room, our feet didn't turn black from the floors. Communication was top notch, and we had no issues at all! Thank you for a lovely time.

Excellent Destin condo
We had an amazing beach week staying here. It's a short walk to the beach, which is beautiful, and the condo has a foldable cart that makes it easy to lug chairs, your cooler, etc. It has really fast wifi for working remotely. Great TV in living room for movie nights on rainy days. We loved how accessible this place is to the beach side bar/restaurant/ pool, the other pool and the gym. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Destin :)

Awesome resort
We stayed at Tops'l summit location. Our condo was very clean and spacious. Everything you need was provided (paper towels, toilet paper, towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods). There were beach chairs, goggles, boogie boards, skim board, floats, and little nets for kids to catch fish, all in the master bedroom closet. Inside of the TV stand in the living room there were board games, jenga, and playing cards. Both the chair and the couch in the living room folding out into beds for extra sleeping space. The only issues we found at the condo were that the master bathroom bathtub did not drain properly and the TV in the second room was missing the cord needed for cable and wifi connection. I did call and they fixed it about 8 hours after I called.
