Great vibes at Top’l Summit 107

This was our first stay at Tops’l, but it won’t be our last. The condo was clean and inviting the minute we walked in. The location was great since we had the nearby pool just out the back patio and around the corner. Although we only stayed a couple of nights, it was better than any hotel. We met our daughter and family who were staying in another room at the same building. Now we know why they always return to Tops’l.

Incredible condo

We loved this condo! The owners have done an incredible job. The only issue that we had at all was due to Tops'l and not the condo itself. Tops'l is normally great and this is the first time we've ever had an issue in all of the years of going to Tops'l. We'll still be back.

Welcome Home

From the time you drove up on the property and the easy entrance with the correct procedures you felt welcome. The gate keeper was friendly and welcoming . Providing you with all the information you need to locate your Vacation Home. Once you went inside the condo was fresh and clean. If you want to be on the ground level and walk right out to the pool then condos on level one are for you. Then for those who like the view of the ocean or sky lights I say higher level. We have said in several and never been disappointed. The pool area is always kept neat and clean as well as all the grounds at Topsl. Then my favorite is you are step away from the beach. Just simply our Vacation Home in Destin. Haven't found a better place. Oh, I didn't mention the prices are very competitive as well.

Great location, ok unit

I have stayed in many Summit units over the years and the location of this unit is what makes is most appealing. Steps to the pool, grills, and grassy area for kids to play. The unit itself could use some updates. The furniture and decor is a rather unattractive. The beds were incredibly loud and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were nice. Kitchen was well equipped.

I liked the location of the room, it's a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and everything is nearby!!

Overall everything was good, but there were some shortcomings: the door to the guest toilet did not close, the heated towel rail was broken, there were cobwebs in some corners. The mattresses on the beds in the children's room were uncomfortable, they would not hurt to replace them, but in the main bedroom they are good and comfortable.
