It was very spacious, and well set up. The host was on top of it and had everything clearly laid out ahead of time.

Sharon is an excellent hostess with so many ideas and tips for you to enjoy the best around the cities. She is very responsive and really makes you feel at home. Her place is lovely, safe, clean and has tons of amenities. We definitely will be back!

The house was exactly like the photos and truly felt like home while there. There were plenty of amenities inside of the house to make it feel homey. Sharon as host was incredible - I truly cannot say enough great words to describe my feelings towards her! She was a gem and a delight to work with. Sharon made certain that my party and I were comfortable and had what we needed to make our trip a delightful experience. Her prompt communication brought ease to my party. I would certainly return when in the area!

Sharon was AMAZING! From the time we booked to after checking out she was very informative, kind and very inviting! The place was way more than we expected! It was very spacious, clean and the privacy we had was amazing! Everyone on the grounds was kind and friendly as well! The shuttle to the beach was great especially with having the kids but the walk there was even better, getting to just explore the community and all it has to offer! I can't wait to visit Destin again because if available this is where I will definitely be staying!

We travel everywhere and this was by far the best place we have stayed when it comes to privacy but loads to do. House was amazing and modern for my 3 teenage boys with all upgraded technology. It had all the beach chairs and toys you will need. Open and airy. Shuttles to and from the beach or 5 min walk. Into sports there are tennis, pickle ball, basketball and miniature golf. And Sharon the host, was better than I could have hoped for. Answered fast and very informative. Many close by awesome restaurants and activities like deep sea fishing, parasailing, paddle boarding and much more. Felt at home yet on an exotic vacation. Worth every penny. Beach walks to private park along the gulf. Don't hesitate - book now! The family vacation you have been waiting for. Love love loved it! Paradise done right.

I'm not even sure where to begin. To start… this stay was nothing short of amazing!!!! I've never felt more welcomed at any property quite like this one. The house is stellar! Communication is just simply phenomenal. The hosts went totally above and beyond to make sure my family and I were well informed and completely comfortable. The property inside and out was remarkable and the hosts were Top Tier! Definitely coming back!
