Condo was roomy and easy access to pool/beach. Kitchen was lacking some essentials. No storage shelf (the one above washer/dryer was full of owner’s property) or pantry for groceries. Master mattress is hard and bedding was thin. There was only one extra blanket in the condo and this was needed for the fold out sofa. Toilet in master bath kept clogging and running. Certain TV channels had no volume.

Great Stay
Clean, great view, wonderful resort. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much. Only suggestions- having extra blankets for the beds. The dead bolt needs work. We used it the first night and couldn’t get it undone the next morning. So we just didn’t use it again.

Beautiful
Beautiful view and loved being so close to the beach. Nicely decorated. We loved this location as the beaches next to it are private so it feels quiet and secluded. Condo was clean and comfortable. Only suggestion is to get different bed pillows... too fluffy to sleep on. We will be back!

college drop off escape
We stayed for 3 days to celebrate successfully dropping off our youngest child at college in Tallahassee at FSU, a relatively short drive away. We loved the location for what we wanted, which was a quiet retreat, and this fit the bill perfectly. As the last multifamily development along the beach, it offered a great mix of amenities and activity to the east, if you wanted them, and solitude for miles of essentially empty but beautiful beaches, if you walked to the west. The unit itself is quite nice, well furnished and equipped, and the mirrored wall make it feel twice as big as its already generous space. The furnishings are appropriately beachy without going too far, and the expansive windows take full advantage of the views to the gulf. The unit sports higher ceilings than many places we've been, which also made the unit feel extra spacious. We thought the third floor was optimal because it was elevated above the dunes to provide clear views to the gulf, but it was easy to quickly take the stairs to get up and down. Although there were only two of us, the unit would very comfortably accommodate 6, by virtue of the king size bed in the master suite, the two twin beds in the second BR and the pull out couch in the large living area. The balcony is modest but more than adequate and we enjoyed coffee and cocktails daily from it, while overlooking the pool and beach. The pool area/deck to the east was very nice, although the views to the water are partly obstructed by the dunes that separate the property from the beach, and the wait staff at the bar/grille was attentive. This unit checked all the boxes for us and we look forward to returning some day.
