This place was more than we asked for! Beautiful views great location plenty of space! We will definitely be back

This unit is on the side of the building near the walkway to the bridge, one of the restaurants and pool. You can see the Gulf from the windows just over the hill. We reserved an umbrella and chairs on the beach for the duration. The beach service employees are very nice and hard working. Our unit had a leak issue, so there was water damage at the back door to the deck and molding at ceiling. The sinks in the bathrooms all ran slowly and many lights were burned out. Hopefully, they will fix these things so that the unit will be at its optimal level.

The location was perfect, and the views were awesome. I think I liked staying here in Miramar better than Destin. It was much quieter and far less crowded. Definitely be coming back next year, probably stay a little longer next time.

Tops’l property as a whole was clean, beautiful, and well equipped. Service was exceptional. Beach Manor #213 was clean upon arrival, had gorgeous water views, well appointed kitchen and the condo was stocked with everything we needed during our week stay. There were 2 pool areas for guests, a beach side restaurant, live entertainment and fun activities every single day. This condo was the perfect location for quick beach and pool access. We used the stairs instead of the elevator which were close to everything. The only thing we didn’t love was the way we had to set up our beach chairs/umbrellas etc.. Beach chair service was available for an additional fee. If you bring your own, you have to set up on the sides or behind the beach rentals. It’s not too far but you will have to walk a little ways instead of right in front of the condos.

The unit was clean and large, but unfortunately the ac wouldn't cool below 75 and I spent our entire first day making multiple calls to get it repaired. I will say that once I called enough we were given a refund for that day tho. Topsl itself is a wonderful development w exceptional grounds and a great bar and grill as well as the Ocean Club, all excellent. Umbrellas at the pool chairs would be a nice added touch for a premier property.
