Very responsive and maintenance came right away. Pleasant people that had stopped by for repairs and maintenance needed.
AC was not working. It was cooling up to 81-82° most of the day, and would cool more in the evening starting at 8pm. Musky smell in the air. Saturday, AC was checked and could not be repaired due to bigger issues.
The guest bathroom needed the shower curtain changed.
The masterbath shower faucet did not release cool water or at least warm water to shower. The handle was adjusted. And the shower curtain needed a change also. We were there 2 hours before we left to a Dodger game and we were going to have dinner after.
I was offered to move to a different place approx. 18 mins away, on Friday, while I was at the dodger game. But we had already unpacked upon arriving. We returned closer to 11pm and it would have been too late to repack and drive to the new place late at night.
Inconveniences were taken care of on Saturday, except AC.

This host was great. Very professional and responsive. We had an event at the convention center and this was perfect walking distance so we were able to park the cars and just walk all weekend. It was very homey. We were so grateful to have a working kitchen for cooking meals.

Nice stay close to downtown

The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were within walking distance of Chase Field which was the primary reason for our visit. Our stay was great, thank you! N/A

This was our second time staying at the property. We previously stayed for a long weekend to watch baseball games at Chase Field and stayed for three weeks this time for spring training. The property is conveniently located a few blocks from downtown, walking distance from Chase Field and Mortgage Matchup. The property is well appointed and has a great backyard that our dogs loved. We would be happy to stay again.
