This is a beautifully remodeled home in a great location - quiet neighborhood, but easy access to Phoenix/Tempe if you have a car. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, and having a full kitchen was super convenient. The backyard space is absolutely lovely. We picked this place specifically for the backyard - pool, corn hole, fire pit - and really enjoyed our time out there. Our only issue was that the pool was uncomfortably hot during the 110 degree days. Inside the home, the instructions say to let the host know if the pool is too hot or too cold and they can adjust it, but when we asked for it to be cooled down, we were told they couldn't do that. It did feel very nice to swim at night, however. Overall, an excellent stay with plenty of room. Lots of nice touches that make you feel at home.

We have stayed in many homes, and this home checked every box as far as what we look for in a home. The neighborhood is nice and nothing is too far. The front of the house is cute and the backyard is awesome. The lights around the backyard and in the pool are absolutely beautiful at night. My three teens loved the pool, and at night, it was incredible!! The home was super clean with no clutter, and it is decorated very nicely. With white crisp sheets, the beds were super comfy. I personally prefer white sheets because they can be bleached. Having TVs in each room allowed us all to go our separate ways to watch what we like and then meet up on the big couch to watch movies in the living room. The internet was fast and was able to handle my son playing video games, my other two teens watching their shows, and me on my laptop, with no issues. It was 108 - 112 while we were here and the ac kept us very cool, day and night. The team communicated with us throughout our stay and responded very quickly. I could keep going but I’m sure you get the idea…it’s a great home to stay in. You won’t be disappointed!

Stayed in this house for 10 days for a work retreat and it was amazing! Interior space and layout was perfect for what we had to accomplish for work but also comfortable for relaxing in the evenings, and backyard/pool area was just what we needed for mid-day breaks. House was clean and had all the housewares we needed. Team overseeing the house was super friendly and EXTREMELY responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend renting here as we would definitely do so again!

This property was even better in person and filled everyone of my needs. Check-in was a breeze and the communication was great. The backyard is so well done!

This place was a great oasis in the middle of the desert! The decor is top notch, and the house has plenty of space. The pool was also great in the Scottsdale heat. It is centrally located to all the hip spots in Scottsdale, so we were able to get to wherever we wanted to go very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
