Welcome to our lower level, duplex style home that is in the heart of Flagstaff! Minutes from downtown with easy access to Walmart and Target for ease of shopping. Just a 30 minute drive for a day trip at Snowbowl Ski Patrol and an hour and a half to visit the Grand Canyon. So whatever brings you to visit with us we have everything you need! Enjoy the beauty of the surrounding Flagstaff views right from the home. Be sure to ask our concierge about planning your tours and day trips once you're booked to get the best experience of Flagstaff possible.
Please note that this is the lower level of a two-story duplex. These spaces can be rented separately or together. This property is a duplex with connecting stairs, accessible only when both units are rented together. Please reach out if you are interested in booking the other portion of this property.
Please note that only three cars maximum are allowed on the right side of the driveway with one stored in the garage. Overflow parking will need to find a nearby public parking lot of your choosing. No travel trailers, RV's or other large vehicles permitted.
*Please note that this home, like most in Flagstaff, is not equipped with Air Conditioning. We do provide our guests with fans during their stay.

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night! We ask that you do not tamper with any of the spa equipment to avoid damage.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car or driving your personal vehicle as there is limited public transportation in Flagstaff.
Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

Just minutes from downtown Flagstaff and a short drive to shopping essentials like Walmart and Target, this retreat is all about comfort and convenience.
Only 30 minutes from Arizona Snowbowl and an hour and a half from the Grand Canyon, our home is ideally positioned for exploring the very best Northern Arizona has to offer. Take in the surrounding pine forest views right from the property, and let our concierge help you plan your day trips and tours for an unforgettable Flagstaff experience.
Please note that this is the lower level of a two-story duplex. Both levels can be rented separately or together. The interior staircase connecting the two spaces is only accessible when both units are booked by the same group. Please reach out if you're interested in renting the entire home.
Please also note that only three vehicles are permitted on the right side of the driveway, with one car allowed in the garage. Any overflow parking must use a nearby public parking lot of your choosing. No RVs, travel trailers, or oversized vehicles are permitted on the property.
As with most homes in Flagstaff, this property is not equipped with central air conditioning. A portable A/C unit and fans are provided for guest comfort.
