Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Rental payments are refundable (less 30% of the total reservation rent and fees, which are non-refundable) for cancellations received 31 or more days before the first night of your reservation. No full or partial refunds will be granted for no-shows or if you cancel within 30 days of the first nights of your reservation, arrive after the first night of your reservation, or depart before the last night of your reservation. No refunds or compensation will be given if the Property is unavailable (or if is available but difficult to reach) for any reason outside of our control, including but not limited to adverse weather condition, natural disasters, mechanical failures, acts of government agencies or utility outages. We advise our guests to obtain appropriate travel insurance. In addition, for any unforeseen circumstance Company reserves the right to relocate guest to another similar property, cancel the stay or issue a credit for a future stay. In the event the reservation is moved, changed or a future stay credit is provided, the reservation will not be eligible for cancellation or refund. If you do not book direct, and instead book through a third party, additional fees and refund and deposit policies may apply (but all other terms and conditions remain the same). Please review the policies of any third party sites prior to confirming your booking.

Q: What is the check-in time?

A: Guests may checkin anytime after 4PM.

Q: What is the checkout time?

A: Guest checkout is no later than 11AM.

Q: Do you allow early checkin our late checkout?

A: Please contact us for details. We will try our best to accomodate your needs.

Q: Do you provide linens and towels, or do guests need to bring their own?

A: All Good Life Vacation Homes have fresh linens and towels provided.

Q: Do you provide paper goods, and soaps for laundry and washing dishes?

A: There will be a startup supply of toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods, and shampoo and conditioner. Guests will need to replenish as needed.

Q: Will WiFi information be provided?

A: Each home has a welcome book with all details you need while staying at the home including WiFi login information. There will also be a list of fun things to do and favorite places to go!

Q: Is there someone to call if we need assistance during our stay?

A: Yes, our team is available 24/7 to provide any help or assistance.

Q: How do I gain access to the property?

A: Arrival instructions will be sent to you about 3 days prior to your checkin date. Your keypad access code or lockbox code will be available then along with community gate codes if necessary.

Q: What other items can I expect to find in the home?

A: Our homes are fully furnished and equipped with most items you would find in the average household. The kitchen will have pots and pans, dishes, utensils, and small appliances. Linens and towels are provided, along with pool towels. Hairdryers will be provided in the bathrooms.
