The second bedroom also offers a king bed and en suite bathroom, providing flexibility for guests and family. The third bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and is conveniently located near the third full bathroom. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities. The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.
