Comfortable spot!
We continue to come back to this condo year after year! It has become our favorite family vacation spot. Great view of the pool and a short walk or shuttle ride to the beach. The beach chairs were nice to have so you didn’t have to rent them. Also, really love the daily activities at the pool by the beach for kids.

Comfortable beds and clean condo
Having stayed in multiple other condos in Destin for 15 of the past 20 years, these were the most comfortable beds we've ever had. Condo is outdated, but that has kept the price low and we prefer that over updates. The condo was clean, accommodating, the square footage. It felt larger than it was, with plenty of room in the den and dining area to lounge and play games. There was a very short walk to the beach, pool and work out facility. We will definitely stay at The Summit again and this unit, unless we need a larger one.

Most welcoming home
The beds were just right. The room was amazing. The whole inviting feel when you come in. I love that all your beach needs were supplied by the owner. This is for sure worth the whole stay. The entire family loved it.

Great Family Vacation Rental!
The property is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation. It's only a few minutes from the beach. Location is perfect, we enjoyed our family vacation and will be back!

Home sweet away home
We will highly recommend this place. The condo was nice and clean and had everything that you could think of including beach chairs, a beach wagon and so much more. We were traveling with a family of four with two teenagers and they loved the queen-sized beds and their area. Plus the pools and beaches are amazing.
