The spacious living room features comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and large sliding glass doors that bring in natural light and open to the private patio. The open living space is perfect for relaxing after a day of golf, enjoying a movie night, or gathering with family and friends.
The kitchen features rich wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island with seating. You'll have plenty of room to prepare meals, enjoy your morning coffee, or gather around the kitchen while getting ready for a day of desert adventures. The adjoining dining area offers a comfortable place to share meals.

- Third Bedroom: Located just off the kitchen, this room features a king-size sofa sleeper.
With two king beds and an additional king-size sofa sleeper, there is plenty of room for your group to settle in and enjoy a comfortable stay.
Located within the beautiful Palm Valley Country Club community, guests can enjoy lush landscaping, beautiful golf course surroundings, and access to community pools and spas.
To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.
Per local ordinance, all guests will receive a Good Neighbor Brochure as part of the Welcome Packet provided at check-in. Guests are required to review and comply with all city regulations, neighborhood policies, and occupancy requirements outlined in the brochure throughout their stay.
CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley Country Club is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa and hair salon only.
Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however. Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.
