We call this home Cozy Corner Charm Unit B for a reason! This 300 sq ft studio style home has everything you need to make Tempe your home away from home. The home features a full kitchen w/dishwasher and is stocked to cook your meals at home. A sliding barn door provides privacy from the living space and has a queen bed and bathroom with standup shower. Your morning coffee can be sipped out front at the bistro table while watching the sun come up. 

There are many activities to experience near Cozy Corner including Mill Avenue, Tempe Town Lake, Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Rolling Hills Golf Course, The Phoenix Zoo, and the Botanical Gardens. Going downtown to Phoenix? Hop on the Light Rail and zoom your way to one of the many stops along the way. Roosevelt Row in Phoenix is a hot spot filled with art, culture, music, and nightlife. "RoRo" as it's known to the locals has restaurants and coffee houses mixed in amongst the eclectic artwork and murals of this must see urban experience. 

5 Miles to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 2 Miles to Arizona State University, 4 Miles to Old Town Scottsdale, and 10 miles to downtown Phoenix. 

The next door neighbor has a rooster which may disturb some light sleepers.

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions.
Pet friendly. We only accept dogs, and up to 2 dogs. There is an Additional $45 fee per dog, and guests must agree to a Pet Addendum.
