Cozy Corner Charm is perfect for small groups traveling together or needing space while in town for work! The property features 2 separate units with full kitchens, bathrooms, and washer/dryers. The larger unit (Unit A) has 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths and is about 900 square feet. The second unit (Unit B) is a 300 square foot studio style setup with full kitchen. The home is located just North of the 202 Red Mountain Freeway and 10 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Located between Arizona State University and Old Town Scottsdale makes it easy to get where you need to go with public transportation or an Uber/Lyft.

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Smart TV, nightstands, reading lamps, closet, luggage rack
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Smart TV, nightstands, reading lamps, closet, luggage rack, workspace

Bathroom 1- Stand up shower. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer provided. 
Bathroom 2- Tub/shower combo. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer provided. 

Living room has 2 sofas, chair, and Smart TV. Eclectic decor handpicked from local shops around The Valley showcases the diverse style of Phoenix. Smart TV with apps for streaming (must use own login) and antenna with local channelsFull kitchen provides all you need to cook at home during your stay. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils provided. Pull up a chair to share a meal, or play one of the board games and have some fun! The private backyard has a BBQ, high top patio dining table, chaise lounges, and umbrella. Don't forget to challenge your guests with a game of Corn Hole!

The next door neighbor has a rooster which may disturb some light sleepers.

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions.
